What you are on the inside, will eventually show on the outside.

What is in the heart, will eventually come out of the mouth.

Anything done in secret, will eventually be proclaimed from the rooftops.

The principle is pretty clear, the two sides of life, the seen and the unseen, will unite at some point. I think this is amazing and exciting because it means that if we continue to develop, grow, shift and change toward the better on the inside, the outside will one day align with the new reality.

We are aligning with what is on the inside of us here at this blog. We are an incredible group of women who on the inside love the islands, love the patois, the creole, the dialect, the oral culture, the curry and the conch salad!
We are a body of women writers. We are diverse and fun and spirited. We come from different places, and different backgrounds. We are of different denominations, age groups, income brackets and marital status. We compliment, we contrast and we blend oh so well! We are Caribbean, and we love the God who placed us here.

Our online presence is something that has evolved over the last three years and this new name, Caribbean Women of Faith, is a small shift to help the outside reflect what’s on the inside. Most importantly, this is a name that we and everyone who joins us in the future can own proudly.  We feel that our new name is more inclusive and clear. It says who we are, and yes, we are all still on the journey together!

Thank you for following us when we were The Journey, and welcome to Caribbean Women of Faith.
